My wrist is 6 inches and, I think it is tiny at first. However, I was also looking for a wrist supporter to protect my wrist from playing pickleball, I realized it could be a supporter. My husband's wrist is thick, but he said it fits well. So, a thin wrist feels tight because it does not have enough muscle, but a thick wrist has enough muscle not to feel it's tight, I guess.

I'm a male tennis player, and I wear these on my right (dominant) wrist. Because of my sport, my wrist is thicker than average, and so most wristbands pull just a little tighter than I'd like.These struck the perfect balance. They were flexible and stretchy enough not to restrict blood flow to my hand, but they never fell off or felt loose.Highly recommend.

The wristbands come with a few laws. One being that they are bigger than the product images. Overall reasonable product for the listed price.

These have a good thickness and fit snug. A good value for the price. BTW my favorite is the Royal Blue!

I have fairly small wrists and they were a little tight but the material is exactly what I wanted! Some will be used for sport but some for cleaning brushes when Plein Air Painting with watercolors!
