Missing rings and bar pad as shown on the pictures and description. Does it come with it?

There are No RINGS
Bar itself is fine. But it didn’t come with the rings as the picture.There is no rings on the installation book so I guess it’s the seller’s fault.

Very wobbly and with several moves it comes off the ground. Bar is made out of metal making it very slippery for children
