Frame came busted apart had to glue back together no big deal. I guess packaging was an issue. I do like the piece though.

I really wanted this to work out. The first item had a broken frame and 3 of 8 tabs that hold in the glass, poster, and backing broken. The replacement was in worse shape. I knew it was going to be bad because there was extra tape on the box like it had been previously opened. And sure enough, the frame was broken in the same way but not as clean (see top right) and 3 tabs were broken again. Thank goodness for Amazon’s return policy. I will be ordering this from the big T and hope I have better luck there.

Cool sign, the frame was broken when I got it so, I had to super glue together. I could of returned it but I didn't feel like.

I was worried, given reviews, and thought these were cute enough that if the frame was chipped/cracked it would be worth reframing them. That said, my frame came in PERFECT SHAPE and is exactly what I expected. I love that they have these rules posters framed for Air Hockey, Billiards, Shuffleboard, and Foosball. As our game room grows, I plan to buy the others. Very happy with this purchase and so excited to hang it in my game room!

Came with frame apart at the corner. Fixed easy with a dollop of glue. Otherwise looks great and for this price - an inexpensive frame is no problem.
