I ordered the steamer a few months ago and it worked great for a little while but then it just stopped producing steam. I'm not sure what happened but I think there was a problem with the internal heating mechanism. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a replacement for no charge. It arrived within a few days and it works perfectly. I hope it continues!

Love this steamer .this going 3 years later

Bought last year and it no longer works! :( After I touch the power button, the light flashes for over 30 seconds and does not warm up. No steam or heat whatsoever. I would not recommend! I suggest spending a little more money on a quality steamer.

It simply works as Advertised period. Not Much to say here . Nice easy to use Contraption ! Just keep some Water ready to pour in it . Since it Steams Extremely Well it uses a decent am-out of water. Not Excessively. The same as the Next Good Steamer. Or good iron that steams well ;-) You can and will get through a Steaming Session with 1 Fill Up.. Other than that you now have what you need to make a Conscious Decision on this purchase. So do just that…. Purchase !! ;-)
