These are vinyl transfers, not “patches”. Patches to me can be ironed on or sewn on. These transfers can only be ironed on. I used the lowest setting and they worked great.

Great quality!! Ironed on and peeled off the backing so easily!!

Most of them were used for rock themed baby shower. Note that two of the iron ons are very large and best for adult shirt/jacket. Easy to use and apply.

I sent these back because I thought they were iron on patches. I rated them low because they weren’t what I was looking for. They are more like stickers that you iron on.
