Works as it should so far!
Shipping was fast, however it was shipped with usps. They would not deliver to my address. Had to go pick it up at the post office. Larger items have been delivered almost daily. The unit works as it should. I just wished it was shipped differently!

Perfect for our needs
I was a little concerned it wouldn't be big enough to supply two showers at once, but it does that with no issue. I converted from a 40 gallon tank water heater to this so I had to reroute the water lines and install a 3/4" gas line because 1/2" the old one used isn't big enough for 120,000 BTU. Start up and operation are simple and straightforward. One draw back is this is only the unit itself, no vent comes with it or any other fittings. But I like this unit and would recommend it!

The replacement didn't work either, Still waiting on the partial refund that they promised?
BUY, BUY, BUY!! GREAT unit and Fantastic customer service. This unit worked great right out of the box, then a few months after,.. I started having problems with the unit shutting off.... the customer service worked with me, troubleshooting and sending me parts. In the end it turned out that there was a problem with my plumbing for a bathroom remodel causing the hot water to backflow through the cold water supply. This company went above and beyond to help me find a solution, even offering to replace the unit! This wasn't necessary and I am very satisfied!!!

The only thing in the box is the water heater and the instructions, no accessories.
I installed this water heater December 31st of 2024, it is now July 20th 2025 and I have had zero issues with it.If you're deciding to go tankless the first thing I would recommend is to determine the GPM, gallons per minute of your water flow at the house. I did not check mine before I ordered this, and now during showers I have just a little bit less water pressure, because my water flows more than 5.1 GPM per minute. With that being said, I always have hot water, and the hot water never runs out. There are a few downsides, it does take a moment to get hot water, especially in the winter time, I've waited close to a minute and a half at the kitchen sink waiting for the water to get hot first thing in the morning. But once hot water starts, it stays hot. There's nothing in the box other than the water heater in the instructions, there are no accessories. You will need hot water tankless valves for the bottom, and for me I needed a 3-in 90° elbow to plumb the exhaust out.I did have a single issue in the beginning, it was actually my fault, but I reached out to the manufacturer, and never heard back from them. So customer service doesn't seem too important to them I guess. But the issue I had, I had it all installed, turn the power on, the screen lit up for a minute and then went dark. I turn the water on, and the hot water tank did not come on. You have to push the power button after you plug it in, or anytime you lose power, you will have to push the power button to turn it back on. The power button is on the lower left hand of the screen, and because of where I mounted my water heater, I could not see it. It was a little bit of trial and error to figure that out, but that's the only issue I've had with it. Build quality seems good, it's not too heavy so it's easy to mount, there is maintenance on it, there's a clean out port, and that needs to be cleaned out every so often. So you'll need to turn the water off at the hot water heater, and kill the power. Would I buy another one? Yes, I would just make sure it was big enough. This one flows 5.1 gallons per minute and puts out 120,000 BTUs. I do have the temperature turned up all the way, which is 149° on the screen. I had to do that because that lower temperatures I have to turn the hot water down because the water is too cold for a shower. And the overall size of the unit, it's about 2 ft tall, 15 and 1/2 in wide and 5 and 1/2 in thick. You will need extra room at the bottom to run your lines in, your supply line, the outgoing hot water line, and your gas supply. And the only reason I would not recommend this is simply because of the customer service issue. I did only try to get a hold of them once, but still, you think they would have reached back out.

MY FOGATTI EXPERIENCE - RUN AWAY. DO NOT PURCHASE
Update 4 - No response from Fogatti since Sept 29. 43 days? Several times they made promises (in writing) to partially reimburse my installation cost. $200 maximum against the original install ($400) and replacement install ($400) I have lost $600 by originally purchasing their product. Even worse - They Don't Care.UPDATE 3 - NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER NO-SERVICE. LIES ABOUT REIMBURSEMENT FOR INSTALLATION COST.Fogatti will not respond to calls or emails. Case 1234009. After 2 mos of incomprehensible emails Fogatti will not respond after making promises to reimburse $400 installation cost on their defective unit. Had to repack defective unit and return to receive refund which they have completed. WORST EXPERIENCE IN HISTORY OF ANY SELLER ON AMAZON SINCE PRIME PROGRAM BEGAN. Spoke with multiple (12?) Different CS Reps. Emails which repeat previous discussions and impossible to follow directions. RUN AWAY. DO NOT PURCHASE. YOU DO NOT WANT THIS HEADACHE. COMPANY CLEARLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.UPFATE 2 - RUN . YOU DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.Unbelievable struggles with Customer Service. People talking in background. CS Rep cannot find case number. Stumbles through emails.Seriously you Don't want to deal with the headache.Unit I purchased is defective. Shuts off on warm water setting. Ran up to 155 degrees with set point of 115. Request for replacement was going to take 2 weeks. Seriously...Who can wait 2 weeks for hot water? Requested refund. CS Rep had no idea how to process. Furthermore. Another CS Rep advised they would assist in completing my request for $400 fee to install unit. Buy a Rheem and avoid this trouble.Been a week since email and speaking to Customer Service. First off - CR Rep may have been new because he did not understand the problem with heater until approx 15 min of explanation.Problem is simple. If water flow at an appliance - shower valve - is less than 100 percent got - adjusting dial for Warm water - hot water flow shuts off for 5 min.Fogatti wants me to ship unit back and they will then send a replacement. No thank you. Who keeps the packaging after 4 mos? I'll be out of hot water for more than a week - and I'll be paying another $400 to install unit.My advice - stay with a name brand unit that has Techs to trouble shoot.Purchased large outdoor unit in May. Renovating an old farmhouse. Installed by Licenced Plumber. Works fine in 100 percent hot at mixing valve. But temper back hot water to have a "warm" shower and Hot water shuts off. Have contacted Customer Service for assistance. Will update based on resolution.
