I use this lighter while riding my motorcycle. I lite a cigarette going 70 mph with no problem. This is my first wind and waterproof lighter I owned and if I ever need to buy another 1 it will definitely be the same. I love it

So far, so good. Works as expected but I have no idea how long the battery lasts or what it's potential lifespan will be. I do not need/use it a ton though either.

Seems like a decent little product. Perhaps a little light in construction, so I would not suggest dropping or tossing it around. Seems like it could be damaged or crushed fairly easily if not taken care of. Haven’t tested weather proof or battery life yet, but it worked fine for lighting cigars/small campfires if done right. Honestly a better alternative to me than a zippo lighter that requires maintenance of fuel/new packing/flints, etc for general use, but I feel like a better option could be chosen if you’re looking for an actual, durable survival tool.Also for the purpose of lighting cigars, helps to keep the flavor pure.

The flame or spark so to speak is not big so it would be fairly hard for a smoker to use all the time but for an emergency go bag or to add to a camping trip it would make the difference between being able to make a fire or freeze without one. The wind will not affect it at all. It is not a miracle device but it does come in handy for sure.

Easy to use, short battery life, great for the environments

At first I was very happy, rated the lighter a 4star, after one day my thoughts have changed as the arc quality has drastically dropped. Can barely light a smoke with it now.. Lighter worked great for the first few hours… after lighting about 3-4 smokes (without touching the smoke on the arc) and the arc is barely there anymore, I was better off using a wet bic than this.. not very happy with this purchase..

I really like this lighter but the ad is misleading. It says that on a 1.5 to 2 hour charge it will last for up to 300 uses but it actually only lasts for about 30 uses. With that in mind it works very well
