More Than Suitable For Home Use
Dispenser Review Only- Very Lightweight- Rubber Protector Over Blade- Holds Large Rolls- Cuts Tape Effortlessly- Tape Wont Restick To Itself- Small Size- Plastic But Simi FlexibleThis Dispenser works great. I own a professional dispenser also and this is very comparable. The cutting blade on this is fantastic. And because it's so lightweight It's EASIER to handle. Features a rubber over the blade to keep it safer to use.My only Gripe is the fact I usually have to pull the tape out just a little to get enough out to stick so I can pull on dispenser without it pulling off if that makes sense to you.I tend to use this over my (professional)dispenser simply because of the small size and lightweight of it.I Would recommend this for home use. Because it doesn't have a handle and usually requires a quick pull on tape to start, it's not suitable for businesses or high use. But more than suitable for home use

This little sucker WORKS!
So, I have been looking for a reliable tape dispenser that keeps the tape from sticking to itself on the roll. I tape a lot of small packages, so I don't need one of those large tape guns ( I actually have one, and I hate using it). The Tape Terror, (strange name, but..) gives me exactly what I had been looking for. I can pull off any size piece of packing tape with ease, and the tape never gets stuck back on the roll, which when it would happen with other dispensers, forced me to use my closely trimmed guitar playing fingernails to scrape to free it up. It is very solidly constructed and a breeze to use. When I researched the tape dispensers available online, The Tape Terror was the only one that model that had the features I was looking for, but I was almost put off of it by some of the negative reviews I read on here. After using it, I'm not sure what those folks were looking for. The Tape Terror does exactly what I was hoping it would do.

Not a great option, in fact, not an option at all.
I am a person who goes through at least 3-4 rolls of tape every single day while packing my ebay orders shipped in large boxes. I have been wanting to switch from the regular 2" inch wide tape i have always used, to the 3" inches wide, in order for it to cover more and provide a better seal. I ordered this dispenser thinking that it would accomodate the new 3" inch wide tape i have, but it doesn't. This is for the regular 2" inch tape, with the bigger core of 3" or more. This is my fault, since it is described as such, so as soon as i received the dispenser, i put a regular roll of tape and started my daily packing routine. By the second box i taped, i knew right away that this was a no keeper, i don't use any fancy dispensers for my tapes, i have a bunch of the red plastic scotchs that come with some tapes from any store out there. Those are much more flimpsier and don't last very long, but boy are they useful and simple to use, they just work! And they are way cheaper than this much "fancier" and expensive dispenser. I think that even if i had paid much less for this, i may have kept it, but i still would have not use it.

Hate it not worth the money. The cheap red refills are better
I prefer the small red one that comes with plastic tape. A two handed tape gun that I keep jamming the blade into my hand when I cut the tape. Just feels poorly designed. There isn’t anywhere you can press down to stop the tape like most packaging tape dispensers. Just really disappointed I though I would like this better because I hate big tape guns. But even those function better than this.

I’m over 60y, and never cut myself on a tape dispenser before
I saw a 1-star review complaining that the tape sticks for whatever reason (I am confirming sometimes it’s ok, and sometimes it sticks)..The only place to grab the tape is:① WITH YOUR FINGERS..② RIGHT NEXT TO THE RAZOR BLADE!!!Combined with no good place to hold it, and the intermittent tape sticking.. I cut myself fighting with it trying to pull out more tape.. There is no rubber roller where you can simply touch it to a box to start dispensing tape; — And as already mentioned you must fish for the tape near the razor blade, and the incredibly soft rubber supposedly protecting the blade offers no protection at all..Ill try to get used to it, but if I cut myself again it’s going in the trash..EDIT: I have gotten used to it, but I feel it’s only a matter of time before the next cut. I’m 50/50 on whether I should bother to return it.
