I called for a service after 5 months of usage. It was resolved on time. And machine is working fine after that.

Genuine Review: I have received the product and found that very low grade quality of Jars and other items and the quality is very very poor...And Amazon is failed to take the product and refund the money..and they are talking about merchant policiesFinally, if you ordered this product..you don't get replacement or refund...and Amazon will not take any responsibility...

It's good for single persons. Haven't used all the jars yet, but works well. Safety mechanism is very good. The motor will not run if there is no jar fixed. Just make sure the jar is closed correctly and fully, otherwise it might get stuck on locking

Hi All I strongly recommended post use the Nutriblend. Best product to make smoothies and chop fruits and vege. Service was all excellent 5 Stars to Mahesh Dixit from Pimpri Chinchwad

Pathetic product. The blender stopped working in just 10 days but no replacement was provided. Their engineer came for service and said that somebody has put wires wrongly. He got puzzled when I told that it's a new machine and is getting repaired for the first time.. Now within 4 months of purchase, the motor got repaired 4 times and they even charge for the service provided. The behaviour of the engineer was also very rude. If I need to use the mixer multiple times during any get together or festival, the machine stops working even if their is no load.. They completely deny replacement and now I'm fed up of this servicing game.. I lost my trust in this brand and product..

Too noisy ! Machine grew problem with first use. Not up to mark. It had name and quality in past but now only name !! A sorry buy for me !
