On-demand hot water when needed
I had this installed in a bathroom that is far from the water heater. I love the temperature control feature that allows setting an exact temperature. The supplied aerator ensures the correct flowrate for proper operation. It's compact and fits in the small cabinet under the sink still leaving room for storage. It's great to have hot water in an instant whenever I need it without having to wait or waste water.

Does not perform as stated
Water heater temperature is set @ 140 and it only produces a small amount of luke warm water. Very dissatisfied with the performance of this unit. It is wired for 110 vac and after running water for two minutes it never get to the point of satisfaction.
