WORKS BETTER THAN PRESCRIPTION CICLOPIROX
I used Ciclopirox for about 10 months on two toe nails. The medication did clear a portion of both nails, but most of the brownish discoloration was still present. After searching the Internet, I decided to try the senega snakeroot. I apply it once daily to affected toe nails then rub it in with my fingers. After five weeks of use, the nail discoloration has faded and is hardly noticeable. One reviewer stated that he/she uses it every day after showering. I decided that I will do the same. So I ordered the large 4 fl. oz. bottle. Glad that I did since the expiration date is 2027. FYI: the Ciclopirox instructions stated - do not put on sox for two hours after use.

Works so far for toenail fungus.
I’ve had severe toenail fungus for YEARS in several nails. I’ve used every home remedy, including apple cider vinegar, listerine, Vick’s vapo rub, tea tree oil, even laser treatment. I’m still at it. This stuff is working better than anything so far, but I’m only a few weeks into it. I removed the surface of most of my nails over time with other treatments, but couldn’t get the fungus in the nail bed to go away. I scrape away the soft debris after showering. My nails have less debris coming off now, so I’m hopeful this stuff is making a difference. I’ll update if it is the miracle cure I’ve been hoping for!

Snake Oil is a better term for this stuff
I've been applying this product for about 10 months to my nasty fungus toenails. Application is about 3x per week. i just squirt it all over the nails and kind of rub it evenly. My case has progressed and worsened over the past 10 mos and has dramatically worsened and spread to other nails, in fact. I wanted to try a natural remedy, and did some research that led me to using this stuff 3x per week along with tea tree oil and urea cream. I'd say this stuff does nothing. The tea tree oil effectively dries the heck out of the afflicted areas and the urea cream actually appears to provide the most noticeable benefit. I've tested using more or less of each remedy and the snakeroot, admittedly, has had zero effect. I've tried using it once daily, 2x daily, etc and really noticed zero benefit. All i can say is at this point, i think my best bet is to keep the nail clean (obviously) and keep the nail trimmed very short and use tea tree oil after showers to displace any water and dry the heck out of the area to prevent the fungus from having water/moisture and using urea at night to promote rapid new growth. Prior to this i had seen a podiatrist, who sold me some anti-fungal oil that, in turn, didn't do anything. I'm not about to take the pills, so the search goes on. I hope you have better luck than I.

This gives me hope
I was using the topical nail polish with poor results and worsening fungus (no more nail salons!) It was very irritating to my skin, causing peeling and tenderness. I have used this for one week and already see some improvement in the fungus. I have great hopes for this--my skin is healing, also. I no longer have all the redness and discomfort around the nails and the buildup under the nail is improving.

I hope that once again I will be that fun guy, not fungi
Years of hockey, sweaty feet and smelly skates did a number on my toe nails. I have tried a lot of things to hide or fix my nasty toe nails. I have now been using this once a day after I shower for roughly 3 weeks. There has definitely been improvement on the way my nails look. With prolonged use and maybe twice a day, I hope that once again I will be that fun guy, not fungi, that I used to be...

Foot Fungus Treatment
I got the dreaded foot fungus and the prescription treatment is like medicated nail polish and was not doing much. I got a dremel round head grinding tool to remove as much infected nail as possible, put Snakeroot Tincture on the toes and let it dry for 15 min, then put on the prescription treatment to seal and protect other toes from further infection. Takes doing this twice a week for 2 months. I think it is gone, so I don't dremel any more, but I am still doing the tincture and the prescription nail polish a bit longer just to make sure.

No results yet.
I've been using the Snakeroot for one month now for the fungus on my fingernails. So far I don't see any difference. Maybe I need to use it longer to see results.

Will see if it helps.
Using it for toenail fungus as a topical. Trying to get rid of fungus on a few toes and wanted to try this with a few other treatments. Saw some pretty decent results but only time will tell.
