Chocolate one tastes the best, I don't feel it has done much to my skin. Its pretty much the same however I do feel my hair has thickened. But what's more surprising is it has managed to reduce my knee pain by 70-80 percent. I had no side effects whatsoever.

I don't know why I start getting really bad acne after using it for 3-4 days so I quit it and throw it away
