Excellent product performance, though produces a really loud ring when someone calls me while wearing headset. It seems to happen on some bluetooth devices and not others. Have no idea why. Other than that there perfect.

Ordered this headset to replace one that the battery life was very short. It came in and A few weeks later when I got around to trying it, it paired and worked well with the phone. A week later when I went to charge it, it would not charge, I thought maybe the cable was bad, so I tried other cables that I know work, and still, it would not charge. It will work while plugged in, so I know it's a battery problem. I contacted the company and they replaced it with another headset. New headset works great in the house, but the slightest amount of wind messes up my outgoing audio, and when in the car and start moving, everyone says they hear a lot of static, I switch to the phone and they say I am clear. At a redlight, audio is great, only when driving does it have static, yet the phone or other headsets do not do that? So, I went with the upgraded unit that has the bigger, dual ear muffs. While it is a lot bigger, the audio in and out is excellent.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! MY FIRST ONE OF THESE LASTED FOR 3 YEARS AND THE FABRIC AROUND THE EAR PIECE WAS PEELING SO I ORDERED A NEW ONE IN FEB 2025 AND IT JUST BROKE! THE BUTTON TO TURN IT ON WILL NO LONGER FUNCTION SO IT IS USELESS. I DO NOT USE IT FREQUENTLY BUT NEED IT DUE TO HAND INJURIES AND DIFFICULTIES HOLDING MY CELL PHONE. I EXPECTED THIS PRODUCT TO LAST MUCH LONGER THAN A FEW MONTHS ESPECIALLY AFTER THE LAST ONE LASTED SINCE 2022 AND I ONLY REPLACED DUE TO A MINOR ISSUE BUT IT WAS STILL WORKING. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE QUALITY OF THIS PRODUCT?

Great quality I had have it for 3 years and it works still. The volume at the max is not that great to be honest and battery don’t last as long any more, I have others ones I switch in between so no worries. Also I must add I use the heck out of it in 3 years so pretty good overall.

Works like it should - good sound quality for calls and comfortable to wear. I have 90% hearing loss in one ear, so it's actually better to use mono headphones!

I purchased this "trucker" headset, and have given it to many people as a gift. It is great. Easy to connect via Bluetooth and has easy to use features. Simple to use, lightweight and easy to control on the device itself. Can't miss with this product.
