Great belt, after chain upgrade.
I had to upgrade the chain, as at: 6'1", 225 lbs, there was no room for plates. Bought 4' of chain, cut one link, and installed with threaded chain link. The belt itself seems pretty tough, only used it about five times, haven't even broke in the leather yet. The D-rings do dig into my hips a bit, maybe version 2.0 could have leather flaps underneath, but I'm nitpicking, belt works great for dips. Tested to 90 lbs, no problems.

Frail chain and awkwardly rigid for an HEAVY DUTY equipment
it's not very apparent in the picture but that an oddly frail belt, for something advertised as a heavy duty belt.very skinny chain, and permanently attached to one sidethe chain length is given, but i wish i knew of the belt's too...I'd return it by now if I had a better way to pick another online. the two rings barely hug around my waist.UPDATE:(2 stars -> 1 star) - the metal parts are falling apart.

The chain is WAAAY too short. If you have weights with a handle and will be attaching to that, you may be okay. If you intend to loop this through a center hole and want to use anything more than a 10 pound olympic weight........watch your boys!

Would buy again
Works as expected. Chain and belt delivered in good shape and work great. Comfortable and no digging into the hips from weight pulling onto belt.
