A fascinating and informative book

Hard to rate
This book is slightly outdate with information like allergic reactions to dye are rare yet we have a dye allergy in our house and know many others. It states things are safe that are not safe to consume So not my favorite book. More of use at your own digression. We used this book for the 'Guesthollow's Chemistry' but would not keep it for information outside of it.
