Can this be used on an induction stove?

I don’t know how you intended to use the mold but it should be place in a Bain marie to make the flan, so the pot that has to work in a induction stove is the one holding the water since the mold will be heated by the water.

if the lid is shut with three locks like this, will it create high pressure in the oven being heated? will it explode?

Absolutely not it will not create pressure and won’t explode. I use my flan mold all the time to make delicious flans, I use it in the oven and as Bain-Marie as well there’s not pressure buildup. The 3 locks are there to prevent water coming in and easy and safely removal when done.

What country is this product manufactured ???

I don’t know where this flanera is manufactured, flaneras are originally from Mexico but if this one is manufactured in Mexico I don’t know, what I do know that it’s of excellent quality does its job as should.

Can it be used in oven in 350 degree F?

Not sure, but since it's stainless steel, I don't think there would be a problem.

Este producto no trae las trabas seguras le entra agua a lo que se esta cocinando! Eso no es bueno tiene ese gran defecto ! Fácil de usar pero no seguro pues cuando se pone a cocinar a baño maria el agua entra al postre no sirve gracias

Best Flan Ever
