I love these. I’ve tried these in so many different kinds of foot wear.They upped my game in my chore boots that are wide but these stay in place.They fit in dress shoes, and anything that a traditional insole won’t fit in or will cram your toes.I bought these on accident but have since bought extras. A happy accident.Once I started using these rigid arch supports I notice when my shoes don’t have the right support. This particular insole is very versatile. If you need arch support you won’t want to go without.

Just be aware that despite what the info above says a UK size 8 is a EUR 42, I would look it up elsewhere before you select your size, I ordered medium 7.5-9 UK, the item was too small and it had size 40 on it, this equates to UK 6 only so miles too small.I contacted the seller and was issued a refund no problem so good customer service hence the 3 stars

At first I thought that the inserts were comfortable and that my shoes were made to feel more supportive.However, over the last week, I experienced foot pain and discovered that two or more corns have developed on the bottom of my foot.These inserts are too hard for me.

Llevo usando estos muchos años y me permiten correr e ir en bici sin problema. Estos se los he comprado a un primo y lo recomiendo a cualquiera con dolores en el arco del pie, tobillos o rodillas. Duran años y son de muy buena calidad.

This is the first rigid insole that I've used and I can't say I'm a fan. I didn't like it when I first used it so I took it out. I figured I just needed to transition into it slowly so I would use it when I knew I wasn't going to be walking around so much and it did work well for that purpose.I tried to use it with my Merrell trail running shoes but my foot would pop out whenever I tried to walk nor did it work for my flats. I've relegated it instead to my high top sneakers. The arch part of the insert doesn't really align with my foot's arch and even though I try to position it properly it always feels like it's moving forward or that there's a bump on the ball of my feet. I also laced my shoes tight to see if that's the problem but it didn't change the outcome.I had to take it off after though when I went on a 3 mile walk on a flat trail around a park and it gave me blisters on my arch. Small rocks got into my shoes and rubbed my arch raw. Not really the insert's fault but it did add to the problem of the insert's arch not aligning with my foot's arch.
