Overall, this is a solid 4 stars. It is extremely heavy duty and well made. Just from picking it up and moving around the adjustable handle, you can tell this is extremely solid and will last the test of time. The 360 adjustable handle is a great feature as it allows you to position it in the best way for you based on whether you are in a chair, sitting on the floor, laying in bed, etc. It allows you to maximize the pressure as much as possible. The remote is also a nice feature. The reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the pressure is light-to-medium. If you want something that will get in really deep, I dont feel like this will do it and you should look someplace else. But, if you are okay with light-to-medium pressure (which you can increase somewhat by how you position the massager), then this is a great buy.

The Massager will require a designated storage space due to its size, although the aesthetic of the product is quite appealing and exudes a hint of sophistication. I found that the directions were easy to understand therefore getting started was quite simple. I have used several foot massagers over the years and this massager is nothing short of a miracle. I have suffered from foot ailments throughout my life and from what I am experiencing this particular massager will provide the relief you need. The Shiatsu massage combined with its adjustable air pressure and heat settings proved to be abundantly therapeutic. The soft fabric pillows to rest your feet upon are very comfortable. The handle spins in a continuous 360-degree rotation giving you the ability to adjust the pitch to the level of your choice. The easy to read led display allows you to adjust the settings to your specifications or you can use the remote control as well. I would recommend this product to anybody looking to relieve pain and soreness in your feet due to neuropathy or whatever issues you may be experiencing.

I was initially very impressed with the Snailax Foot Massager. It worked well and provided great relief. However, my experience has taken a troubling turn. The device has started to randomly turn on and heat up uncontrollably, even at odd hours of the night. This is not only inconvenient but also quite alarming since the heat becomes very intense, raising safety concerns. To make matters worse, I have attempted to contact the company multiple times, including leaving a message weeks ago, but I have received no response. The lack of customer support is extremely disappointing and adds to my concerns about the product’s reliability and safety. I would love to have this issue addressed, but until it is, I cannot recommend this product. I hope the company will improve its response time and quality control to restore confidence in their brand.

It is too intense on the high intensity setting & left me with a small bruise. It is fine on the low setting & I still get a good massage on low setting. I think it is pretty good so far. Takes time to get used to it so start on low setting if you bruise easily.

Great under the desk buddy for soothing tired, aching feet. I used it after baseball and has been very helpful after a long day of renovations. Nice pressure from the air bag system and the shiatsu setting isn't so strong that it's uncomfortable, like other foot massagers. I previously purchased two other foot massagers and returned both but will be keeping this guy. Great product.

Amazing machine, heats really well. The intensity is really good.At first I was skeptical about how strong this can be comparing to traditional foot massage, but I was wrong, and it is comparable. Would highly recommend getting one!
