Good but not 100bags
So far this is working well but definitely did not come with 100bags so that’s not cool.

It gives me energy and helps me with the inflammation in my knees and it relaxes me.
I had one of these machines years ago. Boy do I have stories to tell. Since I was the only one who had one I would detox people's feet with it. So, I'm not suggesting people use this to get better but, this is what happen. One day a lady that I knew did not go to dialysis and she was feeling terrible so someone suggested for me to do her feet until the next day she could get to dialysis. So I agreed. As the machine was doing her feet things were going as normal the water started turning colors. About 20 minutes into the session the water started to rise a little and the water started smelling like urine. I was mystified because that had never happen before. After the session was over she felt better. My last story out of many, was my aunt had cancer at the time. I did her feet 2 days after her chemotherapy session. She went back to the doctor the next week to get blood work to see how she was doing with the chemo and her cancer cell numbers went down dramatically and she did not have any symptoms from the chemo. The doctor was astounded and wanted to know what she was doing. She told him she got her feet done. He didn't understand what she was talking about but told her to keep doing what she was doing. It's not a cure but, it seemed to have helped.

If it is beeping to ad water, you have to much salt
I was still running my footpath despite the obnoxious beep. I would add more and more water. So I sat and read every review and every question and answer. Come to find out I have a high mineral content because I live in the mountains. So I went and rinsed my water and didn't add salt and it was perfect. If that didn't work I planned on getting purified water or distilled from the store. This seems to be the most common complaint. Read read...

It’s worth nothing that most evidence in support of this practice is anecdotal.
What the research saysAlthough research on foot detoxes is limited, there is some evidence to suggest that the practice isn’t effective.Researchers in a 2012 study took an in-depth look at the IonCleanse foot bath and found that the foot detox did nothing to reduce toxin levels in the body. They also concluded that the foot bath didn’t stimulate the body to remove toxins by itself, such as through the kidneys or liver. It’s worth noting that most evidence in support of this practice is anecdotal.

dont use tap water
I love this item! Although the first time i used it, i used water straight from the faucet. It definately affected the results because of the metals in my water/well. So the next time i bought some purified water and used it. The results were much more transleucent than the first test. First test was very dense but the 2nd seemed much more likely. Easy to use. Only complaint would be that there is no instructions for using the FAR waist belt that comes with it. So you don't know if you should use that at the same time or separately. Overall i would recommend this product.
