I recently picked up weight lifting. I needed passing because I was getting bruises! This whole package was perfect for me. It’s also really easy to load into my gym bag. I definitely recommend it.

For the price it's not exactly terrible, but it is really flimsy and too narrow for lat work unless you're pretty small.Not recommended.

so far everything overall is great love the wrist wraps very very sturdy and the pad is multi use squat hip thrusts whatever you need it for i highly recommend grabbing this at this price great deal!

First I bought it for the hip trust pad but the whole set helped me a lot! It’s very soft don’t get sticky with the sweat. And the bag is also a big help since I can have everything inside in just one place. Awesome price as well.
