The media could not be loaded. This remote control dose not work I kept pressing the button for 10 to 20 seconds and still not working waste of money

The remote works as it should no issues andvwas easy to set up as there was no set up simply had to put batteries in. The only issue is the remote comes with 2 x tiny screws that I ment to screw in to the battery compartment to add extra solid fixing to hold the battery compartment door in place however the screws are too small so don't fit so they do not bite onto anything in the slot they are ment for. This needs to be fixed by the supplier as they are providing screws not fit for purpose and customers need to consider if this would effect their desire to purchase this remote control.

Connected straight away with no issues

Dispute the reviews saying it doesn’t work. It does. People are clearly not using it correctly. You have to turn the tv on by the plug but leave it off with the red power light on. Hold down the power button on the remote right up close to the red light on the tv for about 20 seconds and it just syncs to the tv. Brilliant for the price! So glad to have my remote back after the dog ate it as the tv has no buttons to access anything but normal tv and volume! Nightmare! Thank you!

Please check this is compatible with your tv, as it wasn't with mine, I gave it to the jumble sale.
