I am using different brands of almonds but this is not a quality product and not worth for your money. It's flat in nature and the skin is thick .

It is very healthy and good for our body

It's my first time buying halim seeds ever. I read in the reviews that some people received seeds which were not clean. I find it fairly clean and seeds appear of good quality.I haven't used it. I have heard from a nutritionist that it's rich in iron and are good for hair. Might update about it's taste & effectiveness later.
