Absolutely in love with this yoga wheel set. This set has helped me improve my yoga practice, and as a bonus, it has also helped relieve the tension in my back from sitting at work all day. Having the different size options is great for versatility. The wheels feel really sturdy so I’ve never worried when putting my full body weight on them.

Been looking for a yoga wheel set to help with my stretches, and these were perfect. The 3 sizes are great for different exercises (homebody junkie provides a helpful guide, too!).I’m not very flexible (yet), so the big wheel has been perfect for me. My wife, who’s done yoga for years, finds the smaller wheel fits her flexibility level better.I also have to say, the material is on the higher end. So I’m confident that this will be my yoga wheel set for years. Highly recommend!

They are good for rolling out your muscles. We were looking for something more for your back. These are why too hard for the back but good for rolling your muscles out so we kept them.

Was a bit skeptical about this product. But it works great! I’m a big guy, didn’t think it’d hold up. But stretches my back just like it should. Awesome product!

These would be much better if the edges were curved a bit. The blunt sides put a lot of pressure on your back and it doesn’t feel good.

Can't really figure out how to use the two smaller ones but as a 6 ft male, the bigger one when rolling on my back cracks it quite well. I use it after back day at the gym when I'm super tense and tight.I'm 200lbs or so and I don't notice any unusual flexing that makes me think I'm going to break it.

My wife and I really like this yoga wheel set. It's overall a well built, sturdy product that we expect to last a very long time. A few things that are noteworthy:-The foam has a nice thickness (see the photo) and it grips hardwood floor well. Makes it forgiving if I'm not in exactly the right spot, and I know it's not going to slide out from under me.-Anyone who knows me would say that I'm not the most graceful or coordinate person, and I don't want to throw out my back again. The sturdiness & good grip gives me confidence that I won't hurt myself. Well, on the yoga wheels, anyways.-Having a three wheel set is a plus, and didn't realize they came in sets. I mainly use this for stretching, and only need one or two of them. My wife, who is a yoga pro, uses all three. Just as happy we can buy one set as opposed to multiple.-It's just well built. I can't see it splintering or the foam peeling off.-Maybe not important to everyone, but the color & product looks good in our workout space.-Really well priced.We're happy with it, and would buy again.

I’ve always used a foam roller for lower back pain but these rings are really nice. Quality build and they really open up my lower spine more than anything else I’ve tired. It just takes a few minutes stretching on them to get the relief.
