Not worth the price
This is the second one I bought in 2 years, the new one is smaller, thinner. And feels cheap with a $10 bump up. Not worth it

Cutest mug with a great strainer but…
You can’t microwave it. Gold paint. Takes 2 cups to reheat your tea. But I really like the cup itself. The lid fits well and brews a great cup of tea.

Lid is extremely loose if the infuser is removed
I wanted this mug for coffee and the lid is not secure without the infuser.in place. I like.lids on my mugs not only to keep my coffee from cooling rapidly. but to keep the coffee from spilling on the carpet. A secure lid is, in my opinion, imperative for someone who is taking the mug to another room without the infuser in place. Five stars for appearance. Love that they used gold tone for the infuser, as it complements the ivory color of the mug much better than silver tone would.and it looks classy.

Unfortunate
I was really looking forward to this mug, but when it arrived I was quite sad that there were so many flaws around the flat top area and even on the lid. I’m not going to go through the hassle of repackaging and driving to a location to return and then roll the dice on repurchasing and hope it’s not another mug with imperfections. I’m just going to keep the one I have… but without quality control it’s definitely not worth $22.99…
