Good product for surface mounting a switch
I had a home project wherein I built some shelves for my electronics, and I wanted to install a 120 volt power switch. These are designed for use with raceways, but they also work great for just surface mounting a switch. They provide a safe, finished look. This did the job for me. Love the produce.

light goes on, light goes off, but screws are almost too short
Some of the screws are made just a hair over the minimum required length, so that you have to fish around blindly trying to find the correct hole with the tip of the screw. I'm glad they saved $.001 for themselves this way.If you have a partner shining a flashlight directly into the box while you're assembling it you should be fine though.

Problem solver
Old house with limited outlets and I wanted to put a range hood on---perfect. Then I bought an Airstream and I need a 129VAC outlet near my incinerator toilet with an odd configuration plug type--perfect. These sit on the wall not in it and you run wires to the top/bottom/either side then use cable cover to hide the wires--perfect!
