I wanted a small deck of affirmations for my bathroom and these are simple, beautiful and have great affirmations. Love them!!

The media could not be loaded. I originally bought one for myself for encouragement and ended up buying 2 more for my co-workers after showing them this item! I love the affirmations and I love that there are follow-up questions on the back of each card to really check in with yourself. The cards are sturdy and have really nice designs on them. They are great for group therapy too! I have had a lot of my patients request to see these cards!

Affirmations and Intentions
These are great because they give an action to take in the direction of the affirmation. That makes all the difference in making positive change. Affirmations need action for change to happen. They are great quality cards and small enough to put in my purse and carry one with me for the day to remind me of the action I am encouraged to take that day.
