The directions were difficult but with common sense, we figured it all out. Only the last screw was the hardest to get it all together but everything else went together beautifully. And the kids have been playing it for the last several hours!! We were a little scared when we got it, after reading all the reviews, but it was not too hard to put together and the pieces all fit together. And all the pieces had their numbers except one piece but that piece matched another so we knew what number it was. We were able to put it together pretty easily with the pictures. The only question was when we’re working on screwing the nets to the backboard as that picture was a little confusing but we got it all figured out as you can see by the picture. It’s not industrial like the ones at an arcade but we knew that as we have had one before. And they do break down after years of the boys throwing balls into it, but it provides years of fun times! We are happy with our purchase and just wanted to share that with anyone looking to buy this. My son got it for his birthday and is extremely happy with it!

Total crap...the parts wouldn't even line up to put it together! I could never get ahold of the company to return it!

This product may need to be pulled from Amazon. Tried to put the game together, re-read the instructions like 20xs because for the life of me I thought I was doing something wrong! The 2/3 & 2/4 poles do not align with the 7/8 poles at all. The hole was cut too low on the 8 part of the pole. This is crazy!!! Merry Christmas

Didn’t even get to use , missing pieces , pieces that don’t go too . Missing basketballs. Had to send it back

Was really excited to get this for my son for Christmas given his obsession with the new Space Jam, however, 3 months into owning it, I’ve noticed how subpar the quality is. The backboard, rims, and basketballs are great but the overall frame was difficult to put together and doesn’t sit properly. And the electronic scoring system is a dud. It only lets you play in 1 player mode in the first mode for 30 seconds. It worked for the first week or so then refused to let us change modes or press any other button besides power or play.

The pieces don't line up, the entire thing is very wobbly, and the scoreboard DOES NOT WORK! I received a replacement from this seller, it DOES NOT WORK either.

I am so disappointed with this item…. It came damaged and we couldn’t even put it together for Christmas morning because even after bending the rods to fit they did not give the right amount or correct size hardware. If I could return it I would however we tore the box.

There were several screws missing, the instructions were NOT dummy proof. Would NOT recommend. My son loves space jam and was disappointed I had to return his Christmas gift because we could not get pass page 4!! Would not recommend. Even YouTube could not help us!!
