Nice baking mat
I used this mat for Xmas cookies this past Xmas. It came in good condition. Nice big size but not too big, it fit perfectly on my counter. The mat was easy to clean. No color or ink came off. No odors or odd taste passing to cookie dough. Cookie dough came off easy and rolling out the dough was easy. The mat didn’t really move at all but I did put my container of flour and sugar on 2ends out of habit and for easy reach of the flour to place a small amt on the mat before rolling out the dough. I hope the mat holds up for many years.

Perfecto
Fantastico, no se desliza en la encimera mientras estás amasando, y es de buena calidad.Adhiere perfectamente a la superficie de apoyo aunque haya que guardarlo enrollado. Tiene pinta de durar mucho

Baking Mat
I have used different baking mats before but this one seemed really good. Easy to clean.

Worked well for kneading and shaping yeast dinner rolls.
I like the mat, and I'm glad I bought it. I used the mat to knead and shape yeast dinner rolls. I liked the generous surface area. I wish it was just a touch stiffer - lifting the ball of dough during kneading tended to lift the mat along with it , and it was floppy enough that it didn't land flat when it was forced to let go of the dough ball. It was also just large enough that it was a little awkward to wash in my kitchen sink. (I take that as an indication that I need a bigger sink, *not* that I need a smaller mat.) I would recommend the mat to other bakers.
