I cannot find ncj03-01 but a comparison of Nite Ize NCJ-02-01 Cam Jam and Nite Ize NCJ2-03-01 CamJam Cord Tightener with Rope, 2-Pack suggests that both are list "Fits cord sizes: 1/16-Inch to 3/16-Inch". Maybe the difference is only that the Nite Ize NCJ2-03-01 is a two pack in a package and comes with rope? Hope that helps
