This is a great little machine - for the 2-3 days of 30 degree plus temperatures it kept our lounge at a comfortable temperature (around 22 degrees) and is pretty quiet. It replaced an "air cooler" (one with a water tank) and is much quieter than that and does a much better job of cooling the room. (Can't rate the sleep mode as we haven't used it)

For a small/to medium room , but I think it would struggle in a large room.Using the unit as a stand alone, without the supplied window attachment, unable to comment on that part.Comes with remote controls for ease of useAnd is pretty much plug and play.Displays easy to read with pressure sensors button on to of unit.Sleep mode just dims the display and nothing else.Fan is quite loud, on par with most desk or floor standing fans.Dehumidifier mode works very well, surprised how much moisture it can collect.Overall experience is good and no doubt you would get use o fan noise as it is bearableWould recommend at this price point

does the job, isn't too noisy (no noisier than any other cooler or aircon unit I've had) comes with plenty of hose and adapters for venting the hot air. not too power hungry eitherall round good kit

To say this will cool your room down to 16c is pure fiction. At most it can shave a couple of degrees off.My room is about 22sq metres, so pretty small. I close the door, windows are shut - there is a bit of a gap in the window where the vent hoes goes out of, but I pull down the blind and the air loss here would be minimal.In a 31c room, it can bring the room down to about 29c/29.5. I saw it once muster 27c down to about 24c, that's the best performance I've seen from it.So any settings for 16c on the device are purely fiction.Noise wise yes it is quite noisy, but having had aircon before it didn't surprise me and if anything is a bit quieter than my last unit.The window panel is next to useless and would only fit certain sizes and shapes.The system reset if the power is turned off, so if you want to use a smart plug to turn off the device and turn it back on again you can't as it'll reset all settings and reactive in powered off state.Not recommended if you want proper cooling. Get one with more welly.

Wish could turn it up and down only low and high, noisy, does the job in bedroom at summer if can sleep with noise

Though this does deliver lovely cold air, I have few issues with this product. One, the swing function is missing (as seen in picture), two, the sleep mode makes no difference at all to the sound of the machine and three, the digital numbers in the light mode do not work properly. In the picture, the number displayed is supposed to be 23! The air is lovely and cold and apart from all that, is working fine 🙂

Brought this as a replacement for the monzana air conditioner (which broke in 3 days although only 1day usage the company refunded me but was not interested in the fact my house would have been set on fire had I remotely activated this unit and had not been at home to smell burning I gave them the opportunity to send a replacement product for free which I would test for a week the send back so I could leave a fair review again company wasn't interested) the nyxi has held up well and is a much nicer unit the swing function is manual which is annoying but other than that a great unit I will update in 6 months or if it brakes.

Claims to have a sleep mode but unable to find this mode, apparently pressing the button for sleep mode doesn’t do the job so unable to have it running through the night due to noise level!! Pipe isn’t long to reach a normal height window without coming off the machine every 5 seconds, it also feels and smells hotter than it should. I think I’m better off with my money back and just melting in the heat
