Q: Do the tortillas come out an even thickness - exactly parallel, or do they come out wedge-shaped (thicker near the handle, & thinner near the hinge)?

The flour tortillas come out thinner toward the handle. As others have said, you'll have to practice to get it as evenly thin as you want. What I do is press until I see the dough just peek out, then flip it over and press again, and they come out nice and evenly thin, but it took a minute for me to learn.

Q: Do you sell bigger size?

At the moment this size is the only one we have available.

Q: Can we make something alse on tortilla maker and does is stick if we press more then 3/4 times?

i don't know what you are trying to make. But the tortilla maker is made for tortillas and only as a preheat so that you can peel them off the hot plate easily and put them on a hot pan to cook them. I imagine if you place a thick tortilla you can press it down until you spread it. Sure once you put your masa on the plate you just press and press until you spread the masa out. You can open the top plate and then press again if your masa did not spreed properly.

7 pulgadas, y si puedes un poco más grande, pero eso está ya en tu técnica, espero te sirva mi respuesta !
