Q: Are these factory seconds? Just received mine and some have blue or red marks on bottom.

Q: Can the plates be warmed up in the oven?

Better to use a plate warmer, about $45 for one that warms 4 plates. Likely less expensive over time than heating an oven.

Q: If I purchase two or four sets as a whole of gift to one person, can the seller pack all of the items into one box and deliver to one address?

This would depend on the seller. Lenox packs these 5 piece place settings in a gift box which also protects the pieces in shipping.

Q: Is this just service for 1?

Yes. The five piece set us a one person setting. However we were also able to locate specific pieces to buy individually. It's a very nice set and it's what we ate our first meal off of as husband and wife at our wedding
