As a mental health dietitian, I found this book inspiring, practical, and well researched. It is half recipes, and both parts of the book are valuable. A must read for anyone working in mental health or who wants to learn how diet can improve your mental health.

A bit tough for Indian readers
Though it is a good book but The products and recipes written in these books are not easily available specially in small towns of India. If you can buy these stuff surely it's a good book for you.

Buy. This. Book.
I rarely review but need to this time. Dr Drew Ramsey is a genius! His book is full of invaluable information that is absolutely different from any health/diet book I've read! (I've read most of them) He has described in detail why we need to eat certain foods to feed our brain the essential nutrients it needs to keep us healthy. He tells secrets that will help stave off Alzheimers, protect from the negative effects of aging and in the process lose weight! I am lucky to already have tested some of the recipes. My favorites are the Quinoa-Mushroom Frittata, Cashew-Chocolate Smoothie, Crispy Shrimp with Greens and Beans and Rainbow Burgers with Golden Sweet Potato Fries! The recipes are delicious and certainly nutritious! I feel healthy. I Eat Complete! I highly recommend this book!

Only half of the book is recipes. I was little disappointed that there were so little recipes in it.
