I was under the impression that the cover would have some sort of element inside of it to make the glitter pieces move, but that's my mistake. The binder is pretty. I will say it's a little flimsy and the zippers aren't the best. It's a cute product, but I probably wouldn't buy it again.

I bought this for my daughter who is starting to save money. She loves the holder with all the glitter. The envelopes are easy to install and use. The stickers make it easy to pick what you want to save for. Great binder.
