I am new to felting so I know very little about this craft . I was very excited to get this kit because it looked like it had pretty much all that I would need to get started. But when I opened it and examined all of the items I looked and looked again and there was VERY LITTLE INSTRUCTION! This kit says it is good for beginners but beginners need lots of instruction. I have NO IDEA what each tool is for and what they are called. The difference in the weight of the yarn and how to use each different kind of them. But what I really wanted to understand was what the little tiles with different patterns like hearts, dog paws, butterflies, etc. are used for. That would be very helpful!!! I would also suggest that someone who has good English writing skills write the very few instructions that there are. They are a bit confusing and not very detailed. A beginner needs detail! Thank You.

I liked that the kit came with a lot of different colors, needle sizes, stencils, other odds, ends and in a very organized container. It is small but it's still great for beginners. The instructions were just okay. Some of it was hard to read but at least some instructions were included. It's easy to lookup tutorials on YouTube though. This was my first time ever, using a needle and wool, so I went for something small, like a dalmatian. The finger protectors are kind of bulky, id recommend getting something more fitting or be comfortable stabbing your thumb multiple times. Either way, works. It seems like a good product so far. Fits easily into the mail box too.

For the price gave great starter kits and a lot of wool to work with. It's relaxing and a lot of fun. Will buy again if needed
