Good Quality but useful in low rain, not for heavy rain

Quality of material is not good , it is very thin material quality of jip is not good and through jip water leakage, clothes are wet and heavy rain it can not withstand IT COST IS ONLY 300 RUPEES

It is a boon while riding a scooter. Also, it is very convenient to lift it and use pockets of your dress. No need of worrying about phones and wallets getting wet. My little kid fits into the backpack space while riding a scooter and she is completely covered by it. There's one thing however. In heavy rains, it doesn't work that good. It light rains, it works very well.

If cover on chain will provided than it will be better for heavy rain also, Water from chain is going inside. Durable and better when backpack, price is high
