Amazing quality, easy to assemble and so much fun!
Update 1/31/2018:It's been a year since we bought this and it's still one of their favorites! They play with it every day and put different toys down the track too! They also take the cars around the house to play. Converting it is still too hard for them on their own, but they always let me know how they want it. They like to climb in and sit on it when it's in the lower position, but it hasn't broken, so I can say this is very sturdy too!1/20/2017:I loved playing with cars as a kid, so I was so excited to get our 13 month old twin girls their very first race track. I chose this because I like how it can transform. So clever!I assembled it after they went to bed and I'm glad I did, because there are so many parts and screws, but it only took about 20 minutes. The instructions are so simple! Mostly pictures, so anyone can do it. Best instructions I've ever seen! It's such a cool toy and I couldn't wait to give it to them. They were amazed when they saw it! At first they were just throwing the cars around, but quickly learned how to put the cars on the tracks. Sometimes upside-down, but the cars still went down :)I also bought a box of Little People Wheelies.I like the fact that this toy does not need batteries, so there are no sounds or flashing lights. All up to the imagination! This toy will last a long time because they're having fun just watching the cars go down and soon enough they'll play pretend too!

Nice Product
I had originally ordered this item from target.com for a Christmas gift. After gifting the item we found we were missing the hardware, instructions and cars from the box. Since Target wouldn't let me return the item I ordered a new item from Amazon. This one was complete and we had no issues with it. It is a bit complicated to put together since it requires several screws. The instructions were fine and kids are excited to play with it. Cars move smoothly and fast along the track, and the track fit together nicely.

Great Toy
My son (21 months old) has been obsessed with this toy ever since he was introduced to it yesterday. He loves everything to do with cars, and I've been trying to track down something like this for a good price for a while. The skyway is made of thick plastic, held together by screws, and includes multiple slides (or one large slide, when converted to standing position - easy to convert, by the way). Assembly, though time consuming (about half an hour), was not difficult. Assembled, the toy seems very sturdy and functional. All pieces fit together well. The cars glide very smoothly down the ramps. My one complaint is that my son's other cars (hot wheels and matchbox) do not do very well on the slides, since the slides are very wide and have holes shaped as arrows right down the middle. Hot wheels and matchbox cars are very narrow compared to the Little People cars. They can get down the slide, but it's a bumpy ride and sometimes the small cars end their journey upside down. It's too bad, since my son prefers more realistic looking cars and doesn't have much patience with the cars geared toward toddlers like Little People. This is a great toy at a great price - I am very happy with my purchase.

Fun and durable toy
We bought this for our 2 year old grandson, and it has been his number one toy when he visits. It's made well, but was a bit fiddly to put together. The track can be positioned in a supine length or upright. It's like 2 toys in one. The cars are perfect size for running the track in our little ones hands. He typically runs from one toy to the other, but he will play with this track for hours.

Takes time to assemble
There are 21 screws and assembling the top section is a little confusing. But it is worth the effort because it works great and is lots of fun. Be sure you get the cars with the larger back wheels because they function best on the tracks.

Fun!
My 4 year old loves it. The fact that you can change the track makes it even better. She loves that it can change positions.

Great toy
I don't often review but I purchased this toy last Christmas (2023) for my 3-year-old granddaughter. She has plenty of toys but still plays with this one every day, a year later. It's a pretty simple racetrack but she absolutely loves it. Not many non-digital toys can hold up as a favorite for more than a year.
