This is wonderful in salads and is good for weight loss. I loss 4lb in a week

use this for us and our elderly King Charles cavalier dog who appears to be suffering early signs of canine cognitive decline, within a couple of days he has perked up, no longer sleeping all of the time and is taking an interest in his surroundings whilst out on walks, also appears less confused and disorientated.As far and human response it is early days but so far results are positive, more energy, clearer thinking etc

Good product but one of the sachets had leaked in my pack

This MCT oil is sourced from coconuts, thi type oil can be used as a health supplement. This is flavourless, so therefore no taste. I have been using for a few weeks I cannot say I evidenced any changes in my physical health. Nevertheless it is supposed to have a few health benefits including weight loss. I do find it a bit expensive but maybe the price difference is because it is organic and has been responsibly made.
