Used this bag for my sewing machine with some accessories.The bag is pretty purple, feels sturdy. Bag did my sewing machine-singer simple 337. There are some pockets yet it would be nice if pockets were wider & deeper.This bag had no padded bottem for the bags strength.Bag is nice if you need to carry machine from point A-B; I don’t think carrying it in this bag would be good for going to classes unless the bottom is re-enforced. My opinion

Put my old sewing machine in!I did not receive the support piece to hold the sewing machine on! Please send me one!

The bad fits the new Brothers sewing machine perfect with room to spare (but not too much). Two outside zipper pockets the length of the bag. Amazon recommended & they were right.

I liked it because it has both carrying handles and a shoulder strap. The bag itself could have a better padding but it is sufficient for light use.

The item description made it seem like this item would be more protective than it is - while its a fantastic travel bag, the padding is not particularly thick or sturdy so you shouldn't plan on this being a "case" in the traditional sense. You will still need to exercise care while transporting your machine using this bag.
