Love this product, reliable and my boy enjoys wearing it.

Started off ok although not the easiest to set up. But then the watch kept resetting itself and deleting all the time and alarms that had been set. Wouldn't buy again

I bought this product and the watch stopped working. The company got in touch with me to understand what happened and offered to send me a new watch that is water resistant. I’m looking forward to getting my new watch. Thank you again. You made my son very very happy.

The watch looks great and is good size for my boy. However it was frustratingly difficult to set up / so much so that I gave up but my husband somehow figured it out. It then worked great for about 4 weeks and had a good battery span but now it stopped working. It is alarming at random times and intervals, and we cannot re-set it or switch it off. I know it wasn’t expensive but I was expecting it to last a little longer than this.

Worked like a dream for the first few days (bought for my daughter as a toilet reminder and was really helping) However a 5 year old washing their hands can't be really be relied on to not get their wrists wet. Due to the design any small amount of moisture means the watch stays wet in the rubber casing - it stopped working after about a week - such a shame as otherwise it would have been a helpful tool. **UPDATE - the seller very helpfully sent us a replacement waterproof version which seems to be holding up well so far! I'd definitely recommend the waterproof watch for children - it's stylish and looks like a normal watch - fairly easy to programe and is working well for my daughter.

My boy loves it, wake him up on time and building the habit. Got some problem with the first one, and the team send me a replacement right away.

Got the watch to remind my daughter to drink and wee during the day to combat bedwetting we are only a few days in but she is doing well

We bought this in December - it is really easy to set up and works really well but some water went onto it when my daughter was washing her hands - she is 5. Despite being water resistant it has stopped charging and working. May have to get a waterproof one instead.
