Perfect for TINY spaces
We got this for a 6’x4’ bathroom. It’s adorable and the price is right. Perfect forti y spaces. Great all in one. Cabinet holds nothing but the plumbing but we’re okay with that.

Nice little sink for a little space.
Love it! The cabinet was easy to put together. One of the two knobs had come apart but I wasn’t intending on using them anyway. I used extra hardware left from the kitchen. I hired a plumber to install it in the powder room on the first floor. He had a problem with connecting the plumbing to 60 year old pipes but managed to make it work after two trips to get the part.

Five Stars
It fit like a glove. Love it - says my wife. It ends up looking nice and fitting as expected. The assembly went pretty well on the cabinet, though I'm not a fan of the kind of fastener used, but the cutouts in the cabinet pieces were well done - precise and clean - so the hardware and assembly went well enough. I question how long it will last, but it looks good where we wanted it (tight space). The sink also looks good, but there were difficulties getting it attached because of the design of the cabinet. We used a different faucet (personal preference), so can't say anything about that - the one included in the kit looks like it'd work fine.

Don’t do it
This thing may look trendy and be the only option to fit in your bathroom, but think long and hard about how handy you are before purchasing. It came with no instructions, which should have been the first clue to run. After several trips to the hardware store for new pipe fittings, several YouTube videos and some re-engineering, we finally got this thing installed. It does look really nice in our TINY bathroom, but if there had been any other option that would have fit, this thing would have been returned.

Beautiful perfect size sink for a small 1/2 bath. Only one issue.
So the overall look of this sink is adorable, size is perfect. Sink itself is a sink it’s heavy and well made. Facet and pluming water lines come with it. After reading the reviews I took a chance on it being the Some reviews were old. The Sink came well packaged and it said open immediately and check for damages. They seemed to have made an effort to make sure their product was delivered in good shape so they get an A+ for that. The cabinet itself is cheap compressed wood. It’s presentation looks better than what the actual quality is but all in all it does what it needs to, so I gave the cabinet a B grading. My only problem lies with the drain. The drain comes with the most flimsiest of gaskets, there are no clear directions on how to get the drain assembled and not have it leak. I looked up you tube videos and different tutorials. I ended up going to my local plumbing store to get a whole new drain but the way the sink was designed a “standard” drain with overflow wouldn’t work. So the next suggestion I was provided was to find a gadget that would better suit the drain. I thought that worked but after a while of using the sink I still had a minor drip. And once again it was coming from the threads in the middle of the drain pipe. The way it was situated it’s hard for the unit to seal. So end result/fix= I had to use silicone on the top of the pipe threads before I pushed the gasket on. Then applied a little more silicone to bottom for a tight seal. I let it dry for 4 hours before running water and testing for leaks. This finally worked! Everything else went smoothly, plumbing and such was fine. The reason for loss of better star grading was the frustration the sink drain caused me.

love this sink
love this sink, was thinking of putting in a pedestal sink, but this actually gave me the best of both worlds. I wanted to create more room in my bathroom, taking out a full size sink. This is perfect, the bowl is high quality and very stylish. The cabinet will not hold a lot, but cleaning out the previous sink, I had more junk than useful items. I bought this before the price went up and am beyond pleased.

Just what the doctor ordered
This is a great space saving little vanity. You do have to assemble "Ikea" style cabinet prior to installation, total time from opening the box to taking the pics of the assembled and installed item was about 1 hrs 45 minutes. I am a professional so I suspect that was on the quick side, just an FYI

So beautiful!
I really love this cabinet and sink. So cute. Not easy to install. The under-cabinet connections to the water are very difficult to attach. Still leaking. Have to hire a plumber to fix it.
