Ended up using ALL the posters! I really like how there is a light side and a dark version on the back. Lots of info when it comes to exercises/body information, easy to read, easy to store, can be hung up, taped or clipped. No need to worry about getting these wet or dirty because they're laminated. Great value for what you pay for.

I like the quality of the lamination. The pics show the basic movement. You may need to be more familiar with the exercises to use these though as they are very basic, more like Reminders.I also like that you can use dry erase on them to keep track of your routine.Figuring out how to to hang them was the biggest challenge. I eventually put the whole stack on O rings and used a towel rod.

I was looking for workout options since I have my own home gym, these are great! They are laminated, large and detailed! So many options!

This is a very good product. Just a bit difficult to flatten but after some time it finally was flat

This cards are amazingly nice. They are bigger than expected, easy to read, they come with a protective shield. My only suggestion is to add more exercise or work out in the back of each card instead of repetitive ones from the front side. I understand the point though, to see a more clear view on the white side of the card. But over all I am extremely pleased with this pack. Anyone who exercises in a daily/weekly basis should get it. You won't regret.

Easy to use

I purchased these are while back for the weight room. Each is good quality laminated and have clear images of the exercises. Definitely worth the purchase.

Love that they are double sided with the same exercises, one with a white background and one with a black background. It provides visual options. Great range of exercises clearly explained. Good value for money.
