Great bike for the price
The bike went together really easy and quick. The quality of the aluminum and paint is good. The plastic stuff is a bit on the cheap side, but sufficient for the job. The brakes are by far the best part about this particular model and why I got it. They're true hydraulic brakes that use mineral oil fluid which is pretty hard to beat at this price point. The tires are a very soft compound and might be good enough to get through a few weeks until I find suitable knobbies. They definitely won't get you through a lot of thorns or rocks but they're grippy out of the box. The derailleurs are a bit flimsy but seen to work and precise. Time will tell if it holds up to any kind of abuse.

Poor quality
Ridden bike 200 miles and pedals are binding to the point they must be replaced. Description states bike equipped with shimano derailleurs well mine came with some low quality AAS derailleurs and shifters. The front derailleur has been adjusted by bike shop and still will not shift reliably. The hydraulic brakes are the best part of the bike. Not worth the money overall.

Horrible Quality
I bought this bike 2 months ago and it has neon in the shop more times than I have ridden it. I spent more money on repairs and money for missing parts than I did on this bike. Not worth the money and I highly recommend getting a bike at a bike shop.

Great Quality, Great Price, and one happy camper
I love that this bike has hydraulic disc brakes - a feature found normally in more expensive bikes. The frame is nice and light weight. The front shocks are a savior on rough terrain and the gears all shift nice and smooth. The assembly was a piece of cake due to the clever way it was shipped in the box. The shipping was much faster than expected and it was in stock straight from the factory. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone who is getting into mountain biking as it has all the features of the super expensive bikes without the huge price tag. The customer support was great as well as I had an issue with one of the sprockets and they authorized me to buy a new one and replace it and they would cover the cost of the new part. After submitting my invoice they instantly gave me a credit back for the price of the part - I call that great customer service. Overall, one satisfied customer that would buy from them again.

customer support let me know bike bolt is for shipping, axle is actually in the reflector bag.
I bought this bike to put a bafang mid drive motor kit on, like the guy below.Basically this is a decent bike, only small complaints (bottom bracket was seized, they probably didn’t use any/enough oil putting it on, but unless you are nodding the bike that doesn’t matter. Solution: I needed to bolt the tool in and use a giant monkey wrench to get it moving - otherwise the tool just ends up stripping the teeth of the bottom bracket.)When I went to put the front tire on… the bolt that came to put the tire on didn’t fit into the tire axel. Turns out that’s just for shipping. The axle for the front tire was in the bag with the reflectors- totally missed it.In that light, it's a pretty decent bike. The complains I have are manageable, and after about 36 hours customer service DID in fact respond and help me out.The brakes aren’t shimano, they are LoganTires aren’t name brand. They seem fine though, no complaints.I upgraded the handles, axles and seat as per the other guy below, and added a bafang mid drive motor, Worked out well!

Awesome bike!
Easy to assemble! I've taken it on a few rides now and it works like a charm! Gears are responsive and easy to use! Hydraulic brakes took some getting used to, but are sweet!

Faulty Bike!
Very disappointed that after 1 week it seems the gears and the suspension have issues after cycling to and from school on the road!
