The only issue I had was that it did not line up well with the hole. Had to bend and play around with it until I was able to tighten it down. Making sure it was seated well. Other than that, it's been working fine.

2010 camry 210k miles.After putting these valves, the car still makes rattling noise. I thought it would be oil pickup tube or filter and cleansed it and have the OEM oil filter (had this, the noise reduced a bit). I also cleansed filter screen that is in cam holder housing after taking off valve cover.but, no effect.a week ago, engine threw P0013 code which tells Exhaust cam solenoid valve is bad. I bought one ($38 TRQ brand) from Amazon and replaced it. I can tell rattling on acceleration from idle reduced significantly. Therefore I ordered another (the same brand) to replace intake cam solenoid as well. I hope this will silence the engine more.
