I was happy with the service I received when ordering this book for my Daughter's 9th Birthday. It came quick and looks really good quality.Now, I have come to wrap the book and found a little bit of page hanging out the bottom of the book, turning to the page I found the full page ripped...... I have noticed that I am not able to send it back as it has been too long since I ordered it. Now I am to give my daughter a book for her birthday that is ripped.
