It replaced my old broken one just fine
I was a little apprehensive in case the drill holes didn’t match up but they matched perfectly. Just have to keep your hand underneath in case the screws fall and you can’t fund them. I wish there were extra screws included just in case this happened since I was replacing the handle on an already installed window. It would have been impossible to find the screw if it fell out into the pavement/gravel.

Easy to install. Works nicely
I have original windows from the 1980s in my house. One night after taking a shower I tried to shut the window and broke the handle! I ordered this product and it got delivered right away.Install was very easy and only 2 screws. It’s been in place for about 6 months and no issues. I like the powder coated metal as it gives a nice feel.

Very lightweight. Not durable and long lasting for us.
They were very attractive, but we needed to replace a few of these on a house we were renting. We bought 6, and they just didn't hold up. Right in the center where the screw hole is, under a little pressure, they crack. Had to order 4 more. I believe that this lock and sash should be offered in different weights depending how you use them would distinguish the weight you would need. These are very light weight and not appropriate for a window that's highly used.
