Legit tough. My dogs destroy everything. Plastic? Eaten. Fabric? Pooped out before breakfast. But this is nice and flat with no obvious corners they want to pick at, and even after a whoopsie it cleaned up quite nice. I’ve had it several months now and it’s still a good comfy pad.

This dog mat is the only one my Aussie has not even tried to destroy. She loves it! She always has slept on our oak floor but, now that she's 11 years old I thought she would like to have a soft , supportive mat . She agrees. She prefers the smooth side over the fuzzy side. It is cooling to her thick two layered fur coat. Beautifully made , washable mat with 3 inches of foam inside. Perfect !

The dog egg crate foam is soft, but difficult to clean. Stains easily. The water proof lining is very poor quality. The stitching frayed away from the zipper the first washing. Overall the cover is definitely the best part. The warm side is very soft, the cool side is good. Not sure how cool it actually is, but my dog sleeps fine on it. The cover is easy to clean and so far has held up to 2 washings. Unfortunately my pup has had a bad couple nights requiring major crate clean up. I probably would purchase again if needed due to the fact that it fits perfect in my pup's crate.

I purchased this pad to go into a new crate I got for my dog. It has a waffle type foam pad with a soft cover and a zipper. I like that the zipper tab is a bit inset, so my dog is less likely to discover and chew it. It fits the crate perfectly, and my dog adjusted to it quickly.

I usually don’t write reviews but i felt like this needed one. For the price it’s amazing my husky obsessed with it! Now it does slip around a bit so might work better in a crate but either way it’s awesome for what I paid for it. It does make a crinkling sound when first laid down on but if stuff like that doesn’t bother u much get it

I love this bed. It fits our crate perfectly and both sides are made of a nice material. I was worried the canvas side would be stiff or scratchy but it was surprisingly soft. There was some complaints about the bed fluffing up to correct thickness after being unpacked. I did not have that issue but did give the bed a full 24+ hours to fluff up before we gave it to our pup. We used towels and rugs before this bed because our pup still has accident some times and he sleeps much better on this bed. I dont hear him readjusting during the night or waking needing to go out. I was also curious how the waterproof liner would actually perform once there was an accident and I am happy to report that it fully protected the egg crate cushion. Both the cover and the liner washed and dried well. I did not notice any shrinkage.

This product fits in the crate exactly like it said it would, and it is nice and plush and waterproof... however, for some reason, my dog is OBSESSED with chewing on it. The second it came out of the packaging, she went at it and wanted to rip it apart, which she typically doesn't do with beds - she's got a different bed in her crate and an outside "floor" bed that are all completely intact. It's just this one that she wants to chew on, which makes me think there must be something about the smell or the way it's made that is inspiring the chewing. I aired it out and washed the cover but it didn't help. Pretty bummed that it didn't work out, I will donate it and hope that another dog doesn't rip it apart at the shelter.

The crate pad is comfortable for the dog and perfectly sized to fit into my dog's crate. The outer shell is nice and easy to throw in the wash, just put it in on the gentle cycle. The inner liner is NOT water proof though as advertised. At best it is water resistant. That said, the inner liner can also be removed and washed in the washing machine in the gentle cycle with the outer cover. If your dog has an accident then I would recommend washing both. I haven't yet tried cleaning the pad on the inside... since the liner isn't waterproof I'm sure I'll have to eventually. I'm not sure if that will survive a washing machine. May have to hand wash that when the time comes. My dogs hairs also get through the liners, so when I take them off to wash there are hairs all over the pad in the middle, so clearly anything can get through. This is still a decent product though, my dog does seem to find it very comfortable. I've lied on it too to try it out and it is really soft and has kept it's shape well over the last month and a half.
