Q: How many clothes items will this hold roughly?

Thank you for your inquiry. The amount of outfits that can fit inside the armoire can vary depending on the size and style of the outfits that you are choosing to store inside so it is hard to give you an exact number. What I can provide are the interior measurements of the storage space: 18 1/4" tall by 14 1/2" wide by 7 1/2" deep. We have had no problem fitting 7-8 clothing items and 7-8 pairs of shoes. Definitely not plastic. The back is a pressed wood material. I suppose if you are talented at stripping and repainting it would be possible.

Q: How can I get a copy of the instructions? Ours didn’t come with any.

Mine did come with instructions so I have no idea other than to email the company that provided it. It is pretty easy, and you should be able to assemble without instructions. My only hint is remember to put in the closet rods before finishing the sides since you will have to take it apart again to get it in if you don't.
