Excellent chair and customer service
I need a chair to go to and from my car at work. It can be a short distance or a long one, depending on where I find a parking space. When I first set up my chair I had problems with charging it and keeping it on. I contacted them and they responded quickly. They had a tech call me and walk me through what might be the problem and it was simple, the wires into the battery were not plugged in. This was luckily, easily fixed and took all of 2 min on the phone with the tech guy. You do not know until you know. Customer service was excellent and they followed up to make sure everything was good as well :) I have never used a chair like this before. I had a scooter, which is very different and super easy to use, but too heavy for me to get in and out of the car. This chair is not light, per say, but it is easy to maneuver. To take it out of the car I tilt it with the small safety tip wheels down and lean the chair back until those wheels hit the floor and then roll it back out of the car. To put it back in I tilt it back on those wheels until the front wheels are up to the lip of the car and then lift it and roll it in from there. These maneuvers mean that I bear very little of the actual weight and that makes all the difference :) Please see terrible paint pic. If lifting is difficult, this chair and maneuver might make a big difference for you as well :) It is comfortable to sit in. I got a little side pocket for my drink, and umbrella and the charger. I made a large pouch to hang on the back for my service dog to ride in and she is small so I can also fit another bag behind her and I use the seat belt to attach to my purse strap to hang it just under the back of the seat. It was an adjustment getting used to the toggle. I have found that running it on 2-3 speed is best for maneuvering, especially in tight spaces like elevators. Any faster and it will sometimes rush forward too fast and smash my feet. It is hard to keep it on a straight line, it tends to veer to the side every so often, but lowering the speed lessens the veering. I use the full speed when I am going a distance without a lot of things to avoid, e.g. the route back to the parking lot, and it helps me to zip out of the way when cars come by. It is low, which I found I disliked at the grocery store. The footrests are comfy but make getting in and out quickly difficult, but I suspect it is that way for all wheelchairs. This is my first. It also charges well and runs a long time on that charge. I use it for about 10 minutes twice a day and only need to top off the charge once a week, so far. Very happy with this purchase! :)

Update: Chair is unusable - wheels fall off, does not turn
Update #3: The chair no longer turns. It is completely unusable. Customer service said they were going to help over the phone then stopped returning our calls. We are out a thousand dollars unless they finally step up to make this right. This chair was supposed to give me mobility and freedom but it is nothing but a nightmare. Update #2: Customer service’s response to the latest wheel issue was a generic cut & paste of the warranty which is essentially useless and just blowing us off. They don’t seem to want to deal with what is obviously a defective chair. Chair is now completely unusable. Left wheel not only came off again with less than hour of use after we finally thought it might be fixed, but the pin that holds the wheel on shredded to nothing but metal shavings. How that could happen is disturbing. It is not even safe to push. Update #1: I am downgrading my review to a 1 star because the chair has proven itself unsafe. Customer service has been responsive but has not provided a solution that gives me a safe, reliable chair yet. If they do I will update this review again. The wheels on this chair fall off. They have fallen off while I was in the chair twice now and have loosened dramatically several more times. Customer service has given advice and replacement screws but the problem seems bigger than new screws and some Loctite can fix. This chair is fundamentally unsafe. I can not use it. Luckily, I am ambulatory which allowed me to get out of the chair safely when the wheels failed. Someone who could not get out quickly could be seriously injured. This chair has only been used for a few hours total in the time I have had it. It is unsafe and unreliable. Original review: This chair has been great for me so far. We had a small issue with a noisy wheel when it first came. Customer service was great and helped figure out an easy fix (bolt needed a little loctite). The chair is a bit heavy. We have to put it in the backseat of one of our cars instead of the trunk and it is hard to lift. The weight is clearly listed in the description so that is our fault for misjudging just how heavy it is from the given information. However, it is important to point out and a negative for us. It does fit in the trunk of our small sedan. The battery life is great. It handles grass and dirt with no problems. It is easy to maneuver and comfortable. I do wish it were easier to pull up to a table. The arms do not lift, which we knew from the description. But the joystick position makes it hard to pull up to a table. The back up beep needs a way to turn it off. It is very loud and kind of embarrassing when you are somewhere quiet or even at home at night.

Works Great and I have my freedom back.
The 6011 is as advertised lightweight, maneuverability, goes on the grass and stone driveways and battery lasts a long time. I've taken the 6011 to New Hampshire outlet malls, Nascar Dover race, Event at the NYS Fair Grounds' and even to a Funeral. I look foward to going to Local events, Nascar Watkins Glen and Xmas trip to TN to visit grandkids and Cruise to Bermuda next June. 6011 is great and comfy and the Price was the best money spent.

Ça a vraiment changé mon quotidien.
