Must read for indian mythology lovers
Amma , tell me about the avatars of Vishnu! (Part 1)Kids these days have a mind of their own. They might follow a particular ritual when they see their grandparents or parents but they surely want to know everything about the history of why certain things are done in a certain way. They need to know about your ideology and it's roots to wholeheartedly be able to follow them.Sometimes I find myself at a loss of words when my daughter asks me about mythological characters. I also want to give her correct and fullproof information because she will believe what I say.Books like amma tell me about the avatars of Vishnu are godsend for me.Writer @bhaktimathur has done commendable research and any information in the book can be trusted. All the illustrations are heartwarming just the way they should be in a children's book. Klaka and kiki are two kids who are celebrating janmashtami and want to know more about lord Krishna. It's then that their mom lovingly tells them about the story of avatars of Vishnu. In this story they talk about Vishnu's matsya Avatar. If you're looking to answer mythology related queries that you kids have then please pick this book
